Your main point of contact is Sue Perera, owner of Couzens Catering, who, with many years of experience in the catering world, is involved in organising every detail of your event.

Sue understands that each client and every event is different and believes that the success of Couzens Catering has been built upon a service that cares about each individual client’s needs and establishing a personal rapport with the organiser…and of course, simply fabulous food.

In 2003 head chef Steve Narramore joined Couzens Catering from the Globe Theatre, taking on responsibility for the kitchen. He shares Sue’s passion for creative, contemporary food of the highest quality and loves the variety of the work they take on.
